Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

Elite House cannot guarantee an exact delivery date in circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to serviceable locations across India.

Some PIN codes or remote locations may not be serviceable by our courier partners. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we may contact you to provide an alternative solution or cancel the order and issue an eligible refund.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

From time to time, Elite House may offer free shipping as part of promotional campaigns or special offers. Such offers may be subject to specific terms and conditions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through the contact details entered during checkout.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after shipment.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including:

Elite House is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been shipped.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may make one or more delivery attempts depending on their delivery procedures.

If delivery fails due to the customer being unavailable, an incorrect address, refusal to accept the package, or inability to contact the customer, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests re-shipment.

8. Delayed Orders

Although we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us with your order details so we can assist you.

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please take clear photos or videos of the package.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos or an unboxing video.

Eligible cases will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible products and serviceable locations.

COD availability may vary based on your location, order value, and courier serviceability.

We reserve the right to confirm or cancel COD orders where necessary to prevent fraudulent or incomplete orders.

11. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
